VEHICLE QUALIFICATIONS

Are you eligible for a loan?

Your car is less than 8 years old.
Your car is fully paid for.
Your car has a clear title (not leased and no outstanding loans on it).
Your car is insured, including collision and comprehensive coverage.
You have a steady income.

What documents do we need?

Two pieces of photo ID (license and health card).
Proof of income.
Proof of residence (rental agreement, mortgage or tax bill).
Photos of exterior and interior of the vehicle.
Clear photo of the vehicle’s odometer.
Proof of vehicle insurance.
Proof of ownership of vehicle.
Void check.

MOBILE HOME QUALIFICATIONS

Are you eligible for a loan?

Your mobile home is fully paid for.
Your mobile home has a clear title (not leased and no outstanding loans on it).
Your mobile home is insured.
You have a steady income.

What documents do we need?

Two pieces of photo ID (license and health card).
Proof of income.
Property Insurance.
Photos of exterior and interior of the mobile home.
Property tax assessment.
Photo of the serial number.
Bill of sale.
Void check.
Letter of opinion from realtor.

HOME QUALIFICATIONS

CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) or Appraisal.

UNSECURED LOANS QUALIFICATIONS

Are you eligible for a loan?

Minimum one year of employment. Full time position.
Regular income over $1,500 net pay/month.
Not in bankruptcy or proposal.
Credit score 600 or over.
Minimum one year at your residence.

What documents do we need?

Two pieces of photo ID (license and health card).
Proof of income.
Proof of residence (rental agreement, mortgage or tax bill).
Copy of your credit reporting. (You can obtain one from Equifax).
Void Check.
